I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss and life transitions. I offer support for individuals as they navigate the challenges of maintaining heathy relationships. If the client desires, I can offer therapy that integrates psychology and spirituality.
I am certified in Internal Family Systems Therapy and have completed training to provide EMDR Therapy for the healing of trauma. I welcome those who are hoping to experience an increased sense of inner harmony that will contribute to improved relationships and wiser, healthier functioning in all areas of life.
